Great location, right in the middle of everything! The staff, especially the folks at the front desk, were super friendly and helpful. 😊

Convenient to the location I was visiting. Great little fitness center. All service employees were polite and helpful.

1)The carpet in the hallways was dirty. White footprints and stains on dark green carpet. There was trash that appeared to have fallen off the housekeeping cart on the floor for 2 days (a dirty Q-tip--just as you got off the elevator). 2) The air conditioning or fan was on full force the whole time I was in the room (3 days) but the room was very humid. One day was in the mid 70's and I couldn't get the room to cool--I turned the thermostat to the minimum, but to no avail.

Our king room was beautifully maintained, neat.

The rooms here have a cozy decor and an excellent bedroom with a comfortable bed, in a peaceful location with great views, and it's a safe area to explore restaurants and bars nearby.

You have a most wonderful staff....friendly, courteous and very effiicient. I had a couple of issues that were promptly addressed. I don't recall their names but the staff addressed the problems were outstandingly professional.....I Worked in the hotel/motel and restaurant business for almost 20 years even while I was a teacher....and your people are great!!!! By-the-way....I Will probably stay there again and it is because of the friendliness and courtesy of you staff...Kudo...it startsw at the top so you have done a good job....thanks.....msa

Ac unit was on the Fritz....the room was either cold enough to hang meat or warm....

Close to DC centre-less than 10 miles. Comfortable and value for money for a hilton hotel near the city and DCA airport.

-Parking at hotel is expensive at $15 per day. Breakfast wasn't included in price but we did get a good price at $80. Mini bar was not stocked as it was empty. Good value for the price we paid but definitely not the same standard of other hiltons that we have stayed.

The rooms are a nice size and well-kept with great views available. Quiet location next to Arlington National Cemetery and DC monuments. Convenient check-in process. Close proximity to Reagan airport.

Hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help us. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Nothing to do within walking distance.

Had to switch rooms because of a plumbing problem. Didn't like that there was a charge for parking. Was upset to see that the hotel's restaurant insists on throwing out the food left over from the buffet breakfast, rather than allowing their employees to take it or giving it to a homeless facility.

The food here is really good, the service is excellent, and you get a memorable view of the lake.

It was fine. It's far from the city center/metro etc. but they offer shuttle every half hour. So it worked out fine considering the cheap price. They do want to make as much money as they can from you. For example, printing each page of paper in their business center is $1. I needed to print 30 pages, but I decided not to.

Their basic price is cheap, but using business center, breakfast, internet all cost a lot of additional money.

The service at Hilton Alexandria Mark Center is excellent. Private parking is available. The meals are good and well-prepared. The room is a nice size, well-maintained, and includes complimentary drinks. The bathtub is a nice touch. There is a great working space in the room.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it is conveniently located and the staff were excellent. Try the restaurant in the hotel as it was very good value for the money.

This place has a great location, very close to good restaurants and the city center.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful and quiet. the employees at the reception desk are outstandingly accommodating. - the room was good sized and well-appointed with a private bathroom. - the food was fine and outstanding; we enjoyed it.
